Throughout my tenure, I have driven team performance, spearheaded business growth above 40 million altogether, and led culture transformation initiatives. I have successfully coached numerous leaders, revitalized underperforming teams, and empowered individuals to confidently embrace leadership roles they once believed were beyond their reach.
